Good morning! Today is day 5 of my cleanse and the end of my water fast. I haven’t eaten solid food since Wednesday lunch time and nothing since 8pm Thursday eve, that’s a 36 hour water fast. I feel slightly sick this morning and a bit light headed, was very hot in the night and woke a few times for a wee. I am looking forward to a smoothie this morning and a warm nut milk maybe, see how I feel. Today I will ease myself back in gently with only liquids until tonight when I will have a lovely salad with some avocado and a few nuts. Going to eat light and raw at the weekend and then back onto another cleanse on Monday morning for week two. Next weeks cleanse focuses on cleansing out the colon, I will increase my exercise next week to at least an hour a day of high intensity exercise. Next week I will really start to feel the benefits 🙂 A cleanse brings up emotional stuff we push down with food, I did have a few tears last night and a few moments of panic about certain areas of my life! This is quite normal when we are clearly out our shit (literally) I recognise these feelings from many cleanses before so I just went with it and allowed those feelings to surface, recognised them and allowed them to move on. The only constant in life is change! Go with the flow of life, the ups and the downs! I realised yesterday how we do not always appreciate our food as we should, I was watching people down the seafront gobble up food without enjoyment or gratitude! I would have savoured a grape yesterday! I do take time to enjoy my food mostly but I had fallen back into the trap of addiction. Food is more addictive than most drugs, food is a drug! We use it to cover up feelings, comfort us, make us fat so know one will notice us, make us thin so people will admire us, make us ill to sabotage ourselves. It really is so powerful. Unlike drugs and alcohol, if food is your drug you cannot avoid it! If your an alcoholic you can avoid the pub or the alcohol section of the supermarket. Food is essential to life, we have to eat so you cannot avoid it, food is shoved in our faces wherever we go. The mind is what we need to master not the food! Love yourself enough to nourish your temple not punish it! I’m off to make my smoothie now 🙂 have a good day x

Ostara arrived and revelations are raining down on me like spring rain. ‘Mojo‘ is a word I very much connect with both sex and magick, as well as with spring (when all of nature fornicates and faery magick turns the world green). The connection is becoming ever more tangible as any blocks to bacchanalian ecstasy I may have had in the past are being released.
You cannot own your magickal powers unless you release all sexual tension.

Thomas Barclay, an astronomer with NASA’s Ames Research Center in California, has found a planet nearly the size of Earth that is located in a habitable zone of a star in the Milky Way. Writing in separate Twitter posts, the outermost planet has a radius estimated to be 1.1 times as large as Earth’s, tweeted University of Arizona graduate student Nick Ballering.
Until this discovery, research had put the minimum size for a new Earth candidate at 1.4 times the size of Earth – a star called “Kepler-62F,” which orbits 1,200 light years away from the Earth, Gizmodo reports.
The Kepler telescope was unveiled in 2009 specifically to allow scientists to scour the universe and beyond for possible Earth-like matches. For four years, the space telescope…

Super Duper Green Juice
Try this super tasty immune system boosting green juice.
I pushed all this through my Juicer.
The green juice consisted of a whole bag of Kale
Two local apples
Bunch of celery
Half a pineapple
It is amazing in flavour and gave me an immediate zing you only get with live juice!
I’ve had a busy, amazing day! making Raw Chocs! It never ceases to amaze me how therapeutic cacao is! It takes me to the place of love, nostalgia and awakens all my senses. The smell is divine and sensual! The feel of silky smooth melted chocolate, swirling around the bowl is arousing and sexual! Watching the reflection of light amidst the spiral upon spiral is Alchemical and quite often sends me into a trance like state! Pouring the melted chocolate into the moulds wishing I could bathe in a spring of warm chocolate, opens my heart chakra and unleashes my inner Goddess! Decorating the chocolates sends my right brain into a swirl of creativity! I love Cacao, love pouring my love into the cacao and I feel so grateful to be able to share my love with whoever chooses to eat my chocolate love ❤
I love you Mum!
This has been a tough week emotionally, My Dear Mum would have been 60 today!
Mum lost her battle with cancer at the age of 43.
17 years without her love, support, encouragement and wisdom!
My younger Sister’s, Beck was 11 and Heidi 19 when Mum passed away, I am grateful I had Mum in my life until I was 24.
My girls were 2 and 5 when Nanny went to heaven.
You would be so proud of your Grandchildren Mum! Yasmin, Ruby, Charlotte, Joshua, Bethany, Liam, Chester, Archie, Ivy, Jacob and Albert.
You would have loved having a houseful of your children,Grandchildren and Great Grandchildren.
Witnessing Mum deteriorating was the heaviest pain I have felt in my heart!
Watching you being so brave for all of us Mum was inspirational and heart rendering all at the same time.
Turning up one day unannounced and watching you through the dining room window mowing the lawn. Hairless due to the poisons searing through your veins, your already tiny frame, diminished to 5stone, a sports cap on your head soaked with sweat, pushing the manual lawn mower back and forth in the heat of July sun.
I open the back door once I have dried my eyes and shout hello!
You look up and smile, pleased to have some company.
I ask you “why you are mowing the lawn” Your reply is typical of you Mum.
“Your Dad is so busy with looking after Beck, going to work and caring for me Stel, I know its driving him mad the lawn overgrown. He needs to rest!”
This sums you up Mum! You were a fighter to your last breath, you never complained about the awful pain you was in, you kept this to your quiet times with Dad away from your Daughters as you didn’t want to worry us.
I will never forget our last hug Mum, you had barely moved all day.
It was taking all your energy to breath, I knew you was slipping away from your pain and suffering, preparing to enter into a much nicer place. I said to you don’t hold on for us Mum. You pulled me close and hugged me as tight as you could and said I love you! You managed to hold your last breath until you had seen all of your family, your Mum and your baby girl.
I love you too Mum! You have and always will be an inspiration to me! You were a fighter. At your funeral we couldn’t fit everyone in, I bet you couldn’t believe that. You always felt different because of your agoraphobia. Guess what Mum everyone loved you just how you were. The only person that struggled to love you was you!
I had so many people sharing their stories of how you had been there for them, made them smile, made them laugh!
You were a very special lady, a strong woman, a gentle soul, an amazing Mother, Grandmother, Loyal Wife and a caring Friend.
Our home was nicknamed the head rest! Because all though you didn’t go out much Mum! Everyone was welcome in our home. Anyone that needed some time out, a chat, a nice cup of a tea and a slice of your homemade cake.
You and Dad created a lovely space for people to come and feel safe, warmed by the fire and filled with your unconditional love.
I miss you every day, always in my heart!
I made you your favourite a chocolate Birthday cake I Hope you don’t mind that its suitable for vegans 😉
Love you forever!
Love from your Daughter Stella xxxxx
